At Moro, we strive to provide the highest quality AI-powered outreach service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services.

2. Pay-Per-Email Model

Moro operates on a pay-per-email pricing model at $1 per email sent. Each charge covers the full cost of lead sourcing, research, AI-written personalized email, two follow-up emails, and sending infrastructure.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Delivered: If you were charged but the emails were not sent due to a technical issue on our end, you are entitled to a full refund for the undelivered emails.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Emails that have already been successfully sent and delivered
  • Services where the lead research and email generation have been completed
  • Dissatisfaction with campaign results (open rates, reply rates) as these depend on external factors

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hamad@usemoro.ai with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any relevant transaction IDs or references

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

7. Cancellation

You may stop using Moro at any time. Since our pricing is per-email with no recurring subscription fees, there is no cancellation process required. You are only charged for emails that are sent.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
